This decaffeinated coffee uses the Swiss Water Process, which removes caffeine using only water and carbon filtration—no added chemicals—while preserving the coffee’s original flavor. The result is a smooth, full-bodied cup that proves great decaf can taste just as rich and satisfying as regular coffee. Swiss Water Process also supports sustainability and coffee producers worldwide. Because the beans are structurally altered during processing, they roast more gently and don’t produce the typical “crack” heard in traditional coffee roasting.
