One great way to raise money is to sell coffee. Coffee is popular and people are always willing to pay extra. If you're looking for a unique and delicious way to raise money, coffee is the perfect choice!
Our popular coffee fundraiser is perfect for groups looking to raise money quickly and efficiently. We provide all the materials you need, and we are always happy to answer any questions you may have. So whether you're looking to fund a new program or simply cover some operational costs, we're here to help.
Online Fundraiser
If you're looking for an easy and convenient way to fundraise, look no further than online sales! We provide an online order form that you can share with your supporters. Orders are shipped directly to the customers, so there's no need for you to worry about delivery.
Person-to-Person Fundraiser
We'll provide you with everything you need to get started, including sales brochures and order forms. Just take your material's door to door, and collect the orders. Once you're done, simply tally up the total and submit it to us. We'll have your order ready for delivery in five days.
Payments
Before the fundraiser starts, Rose Rock Coffee will contact you to confirm how payments will be made or received.
Online Order Payment
Rose Rock Coffee processes the online orders and collects the payments. Once your fundraiser has ended and is closed, a check or electronic funds will be delivered with in 10 days. Closing the online fundraiser - you will receive two shared Google spreadsheets, a Final Sales Report (example) and a Final Sales Totals (example). Data exported from our website is used to create the Final Sales Report. This report is a detailed list of your organization's online sales including, the person's name that gets credit for the sale, dates and times the orders were placed, who placed the order and their email address, which products were ordered and the amount. Rose Rock Coffee will enter the product sales into the Final Sales Totals spreadsheet for your review. A PDF of the Final Sales Totals will be sent to verify and e-sign. Once that is signed, the fundraiser is considered closed.
Person to Person Payment
You will receive a shared Google spreadsheet, Final Sales Totals (example). To close out the fundraiser, you will collect your order forms and enter the totals into the Final Sales Totals spreadsheet. A PDF of the Final Sales Totals will be emailed to you to verify and e-sign. Upon completion, your order will be processed and delivered. Once the delivery has been accepted, please open and inspect. Please report any damaged or shortages immediately. The fundraiser will be considered close three days after delivery unless notified.
Online Order & Person to Person
This is a combination of both. The Final Sales Totals spreadsheet is used to calculate who owes money to whom after the fundraiser has been completed.
